| 설명 | 1.심장잔떨림-심장의 박동이 규칙적이고 정상적이지 못한 부정맥의 한 가지. 심장은 잘 발달되어 있는 전도계에 의해서 하나의 전기적 신호에 의해 수축을 하게 된다. 세동이라는 것은 심실 또는 심방의 근육자체에서 수많은 전기적 신호에 만들어서 모든 심방과 심실의 근육이 이 수많은 전기적 신호에 대해서 수축을 하여 완전한 수축이 일어나지 못하는 경우를 이르는 말이다. 2.근육잔떨림-작은 부위의 근육에서 생기는 비자의적 즉 본인의 의사와는 무관한 근육의 수축으로 주로 한정된 곳에 생긴다. 건강한 정상 피부를 통해서는 볼 수 없지만 혀에서는 관찰된다. 보통은 근육의 전기적 활동을 기록하는 근전도의 방법으로 증명할 수 있다. 근육을 지배하는 운동신경이 완전히 제거된 후에 10~25일 안에 근전도상에 나타난다. |

| 설명 | 초기의 류마티스 혹은 악성종양 등에서 볼 수 있는 혈관-결합조직의 특유한 변화로 혈관벽이나 주위의 결합조직이 섬유소모양으로 균질한 물질로 되고, 호산성으로 염색된다. 이것은 섬유소와 거의 똑같은 염색성을 나타내기 때문에 염증에서 혈관으로부터 섬유소 또는 섬유소모양의 물질이 삼출하여 결합조직 섬유간에 침착하여 구조가 불명료한 것으로 생각되었으나, 최근 조직화학, 전자현미경 등에 의하여 결합섬유자체에도 변화가 있는 것으로 면역글로불린의 침착도 증명되고 있다. |

| 설명 | 젖을 생산하는 젖샘내에 완두콩 또는 큰콩 크기의 결절이 발생하는 증세를 특징으로 하는 병. 30~50대의 부인에게 흔히 발생하며, 그 대부분은 양쪽 유방에 동시에 발생한다. 이러한 결절은 두 손가락 사이에 끼워 촉진할 때는 분명하지만, 흉벽을 손바닥으로 누르면 명료하지 않을 정도로 부드러운 것이 많다. 그 발생 원인에는 여러 가지 설이 많은데, 젖샘조직에 대한 만성적인 자극이 주원인이라 생각되고 있으며, 극히 서서히 진행하는 경과를 밟는다. 진단은 촉진, 초음파진단 등으로 하며, 암과 감별이 곤란할 때는 조직의 일부를 채취하여 검사하는 생검이 이용되기도 한다. |
