| 설명 | 체외의 인공회로를 따라 이루어지는 순환법. 혈관내에 삽입한 튜브를 통하여 혈액을 일단 체외로 내보내서, 펌프에 의하여 연속하여 재차 체내에 되돌리는 순환을 체외순환이라고 한다. 여러 가지의 목적을 위하여 사용되며, 여러 가지의 방식이 있다. 가장 널리 사용되고 기본으로 되어 있는 것은, 인공심폐에 의한 체외순환으로 상-하대정맥에 삽입한 삽관을 통하여 심장으로 되돌아가는 정맥혈을 체외에 있는 산소화장치로 이끌어서 산소를 가한 후, 펌프에 의하여 동맥내로 보내는 방식으로 심장으로의 환류혈의 전부를 산소화장치로 이끄는 경우를 완전체외순환, 일부분만을 이끄는 경우를 부분체외순환이라고 한다. 이외에 좌심두름길법, 우심두름길법, 신체의 일부분만의 체외순환, 보조순환등이 있다. |
