| 설명 | 혈액의 모든 성분(특히 적혈구)이 혈관계의 밖으로 나오는 것. 종류와 원인은 다음과 같은 것이 있다. ① 파열성 출혈(외상으로 정상인 혈관벽이 파열되었을 때 또는 동맥경화증, 동맥자루나 정맥자루와 같이 혈관벽이 파열되기 쉬운 병터가 있을 경우에 특별히 외력이 작용하지 않아도 혈압의 항진에 따라서 혈관이 파열됐을 때 혈액의 유출을 본다). ② 누출성출혈(혈관벽에 뚜렷한 파열이 없이 비타민 C 결핍<괴혈병>, 세균성독소의 작용 등으로 모세혈관이나 세정맥의 혈관투과성이 항진되어 그 결과로 출혈한다). 또한 혈액이 체외로 유출되는 경우를 외출혈이라 하고 조직내나 체강내로 나오는 경우른 내출혈이라고 한다. 소출혈반은 그 크기에 의하여 점출혈, 자색반(purpura), 반출혈(ecchymoses) 등으로 분류된다. 조직내 대량의 혈액 저류는 혈종(hematoma) 이라고 부른다. |
