A chloroma is a solid tumor composed of immature white blood cells called myeloid precursor cells. They are most often found in acute myelocytic leukemia (AML) but may be found in other myeloproliferative disorders such as polycythemia vera, hypereosinophilia, and myeloid metaplasia.
